Our stretch marquees are designed to sit naturally within their surroundings rather than feeling dropped in. Their soft, flowing shape creates a more relaxed feel than a typical structured marquee, while still giving you and your guests a beautiful, covered space.

We’ve arranged marquee weddings everywhere from smaller back gardens to larger rural locations around Chichester and the South Downs. We’re used to making different types of spaces work, including areas you might not immediately think of as event-ready.

There’s already enough to think about when planning a wedding. The marquee side of things doesn’t need to add to that.

We take care of everything from planning and installation through to pack down. By the time you arrive on the day, everything is set up and ready, no last-minute rushing around.

Depending on what you need, we can also provide:

It depends on how you’re using the space.

We’ll consider everything from:

Your guest numbers are the starting point, and we’ll work from there to recommend the right size for your event.

In most cases, yes! We can work with a wide range of gardens and outdoor spaces.

Space:
As a guide, we need an area of around 12m x 10m or larger, with at least 3.5m height clearance.

Access:
A 2m-wide gate is ideal for getting our equipment in and out.

Ground conditions:
Grass is perfect, but we can also install on concrete or alongside a building. These installations may cost a little more as we’ll need to use ballast blocks for secure anchoring.

Uneven ground? No problem.
Sloping and uneven ground is usually absolutely manageable — unless your garden is halfway up a hill! 😄

Site visit? Absolutely.

We always insist on a site visit. It allows us to check access, ground conditions, available space and height clearance, so we can recommend the right solution and give you an accurate quote.

Every site is different — we make sure yours is right before the big day.

Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

Stretch tents are designed to keep your guests dry, comfortable and protected from the elements. And one of their biggest advantages is that we can adapt them to the weather.

For our 18m x 12m stretch tents, we have wall options. If rain or wind is approaching, we can lower all four corners to create a protective dome effect, or drop three sides to give additional shelter while keeping the space open.

We also offer flooring for all our tents, so your guests can stay comfortable whatever the weather. Walls are currently available on our 18m x 12m tents.

What if the weather gets worse?

We monitor the weather every day and regularly check the tents and conditions before and during your event.

Our equipment is insured for winds up to 45mph, but we would never operate at that limit. Safety always comes first.

If winds reach 35mph, we’ll apply storm straps and closely monitor the situation. If conditions become unsafe, we’ll lower or take down the marquee.

We’ve been there before…

We’ve experienced four occasions where the wind suddenly picked up significantly.

On one occasion, conditions meant we had to call the event off — safety comes first. On the other three occasions, we remained on site throughout the events, closely monitored the tents and everything went ahead safely.
